What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, company name, phone), and the business records your company creates in the app — jobs, time entries, invoices, photos, and uploaded documents.
How we use it
Only to run the service: signing you in, showing your company its own data, and sending notifications you've chosen to receive. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Your data is visible only to users of your own company account, according to the roles and project permissions your admins set. Our operators can access data solely to provide support or maintain the service.
Security & retention
Passwords are stored hashed, access is authenticated, and changes to financial records are audit-logged. We keep your data for as long as your account is active; if you cancel, you can request an export or deletion.
