Stop chasing equipment costs across spreadsheets and texts

SC Connect runs the bid-to-invoice side of commercial HVAC work — installs, retrofits, and tenant build-outs. It's built to sit alongside whatever you already use for service calls, not replace it.

Built around how hvac subcontractors actually work

Most HVAC software is built around one-off service tickets. Commercial installs and retrofits run on a different rhythm — bids, crews, equipment costs, and change orders that need to add up correctly.

Equipment costs move fast

A compressor or rooftop unit price shifts and your margin goes with it. Cost reports flag jobs running over budget before they're underwater, not after.

Crews split between service and install

A week-at-a-glance dispatch board shows every installer on every job site and flags double-bookings automatically, so the same tech doesn't get scheduled on two roofs at once.

Change orders pile up on retrofits

Added circuits, extra ductwork runs, owner-requested upgrades — each one logs against the job and rolls into contract value, so the cost report stays accurate instead of lagging behind reality.

What you get on day one

Job costing & cost reports

Every job in one place — scopes, contract value, change orders, and live cost reports with margin warnings before equipment and labor costs eat the bid.

Crew dispatch board

See every installer on every job site for the week, drag to reschedule, and catch double-bookings automatically across install and service crews.

Work orders that follow the scope

Build a work order straight from the trade scope, print it clean, and notify installers automatically when an install date is set.

Invoicing & retainage

Generate invoices with retainage math done for you and track exactly what the GC still owes on commercial jobs.

Questions, answered

We already use a service-dispatch tool for calls — do we need this too?

SC Connect isn't a service-ticketing replacement. It's built for the bid-to-invoice side of commercial installs and retrofits — the side most service-call tools don't really cover. Plenty of HVAC subs run both side by side.

Can we track equipment manufacturer and cost per job?

Yes. Orders carry manufacturer, model/color, unit, and cost per item, and once you've ordered something once, it's remembered and scoped to the distributor you bought it from for next time.

Does it handle warranty callbacks?

Not as a dedicated ticketing system — that's intentionally out of scope. Field Notes and the punch list can track post-install issues with photos, but if you need full warranty/service-ticket workflows, that's still a job for your service-call tool.

How many crews and jobs can we run at once?

There's no limit. The dispatch board, job costing, and reporting are built to handle dozens of active jobs and crews running in parallel.
